1. Description of Service

WebXS.ai provides a "Managed Hybrid" accessibility solution. Our services include:

  • Compliance Technology: We provide access to licensed, enterprise-grade AI accessibility engines designed to remediate web barriers in real-time.

  • Managed Remediation: We provide expert manual tuning, audits, and professional oversight to ensure the technology is correctly implemented and optimized for your specific UI.

  • Compliance Documentation: We assist in generating professional accessibility reports (such as ACR/VPAT) in partnership with specialized auditing fulfillment teams.

2. Service Delivery & Licensed Technology

WebXS.ai integrates advanced licensed software into its managed solutions. While we manage the implementation and optimization of these tools, you acknowledge that the underlying automated technology is provided via strategic licensing agreements with partners, including Pluro.ai. WebXS.ai acts as the authorized service manager and is responsible for the professional management, configuration, and support of the service layer we provide to our clients.

3. Disclaimer: Not a Law Firm

WebXS.ai and its fulfillment partners are technology and accessibility consulting providers, not law firms.

  • Legal Protection: The services provided (including the Managed Hybrid plan and audits) are intended to assist in meeting global accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.2 AA). However, accessibility is an ongoing process, and we do not guarantee 100% immunity from legal claims or "Lawsuit Protection."

  • No Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your website meets all local and international legal requirements specific to your industry.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Technology Performance: WebXS.ai acts as a service integrator and manager. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the technical failure of underlying licensed software or third-party cloud infrastructure.

  • Liability Cap: Our liability is strictly limited to the service fees paid to WebXS.ai for the specific management term in question. We are not responsible for legal fees, settlements, court costs, or fines incurred by your business.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of this Site and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard analytics to improve our service delivery. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

"WebXS," its logos, proprietary methodologies, and the content of this website are the exclusive property of WebXS.ai. All other trademarks, including Pluro.ai, or licensed technology names remain the property of their respective owners and are used under authorized partnership agreements.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
