Welcome to WebXS.ai. WebXS.ai ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a specialized agency providing web accessibility consulting and reselling third-party accessibility solutions. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service 

WebXS.ai is an authorized reseller of third-party accessibility software (including UserWay.org) and third-party auditing services.

  • Software: The accessibility widget provided through our services is developed, maintained, and owned by UserWay.org (or other specified third-party providers).

  • Audits: Professional audits are conducted in partnership with third-party specialized firms. WebXS.ai provides the platform to purchase, manage, and implement these third-party tools.
     

2. Service Agreements

Your use of the accessibility widget is subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) and terms of service of the original provider (e.g., UserWay). WebXS.ai is not responsible for the uptime, technical bugs, or specific code functionality of third-party software.
 

3. Disclaimer

WebXS.ai and its partners are technology and consulting providers, not law firms.

  • The services provided (including widgets and audits) are intended to assist in meeting accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1/2.2) but do not guarantee 100% immunity from legal claims or "Lawsuit Protection."

  • We do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your website meets all local and international legal requirements.
     

4. Limitation of Liability 

Since WebXS.ai does not own the underlying technology:

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the failure of third-party software or the inaccuracy of third-party audits.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid to WebXS.ai for the management of these services. We are not responsible for any legal fees, settlements, or fines incurred by your business.

  • WebXS.ai provides software and services manufactured by third parties, including but not limited to UserWay (a Level Access company). You acknowledge that WebXS.ai has no control over the corporate structure, ownership, or technical updates of these third-party providers. Any changes to the features, pricing, or compliance guarantees made by the original software manufacturer are outside the control of WebXS.ai, and we shall not be held liable for such modifications
     

5. Third-Party Data 

As disclosed in our Privacy Policy, this Site utilizes third-party tracking tools, including RB2B, to identify business visitors. By using this Site, you acknowledge that business-related data may be collected and used for marketing purposes by WebXS.ai and its data partners.
 

6. Intellectual Property

The names, logos, and software code of our partners (e.g., UserWay) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. "WebXS" and the content of this website are the property of WebXS.ai.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
